Led telecommunications infrastructure audit and asset-reconciliation programmes covering 300+ sites in Asia, including planning, site allocation, field-team coordination, data validation, issue resolution and quality control.
Project-managed a 100-site telecommunications reconciliation programme in Bangladesh through two engineering teams, allocating resources, monitoring progress and ensuring completion against client quality requirements.
Conducted technical and commercial reconciliation across multi-operator infrastructure, identifying asset discrepancies and potential revenue leakage and reporting findings to CFOs and country managers.
Designed an outdoor Wi-Fi solution for an 86,455 m² Indonesian model village, covering coverage planning, network architecture, fibre/Ethernet routes, equipment selection and Bill of Materials development.
